MAJALENGKA – Dalam rangka mendukung program nasional pembangunan 3 juta rumah yang dicanangkan Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto, BP Tapera bersama Bank BJB menggelar kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi pembiayaan KPR FLPP (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan) di Kabupaten Majalengka, Kamis (3/7/2025).
Kegiatan yang dilangsungkan di Gedung Abdi Yudha Karya Pemkab Majalengka itu dihadiri ratusan ASN dan pekerja swasta dari berbagai instansi.
Tujuannya jelas: memberi kemudahan kepada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) untuk memiliki rumah pertama dengan harga terjangkau dan skema cicilan ringan.
“KPR FLPP ini hadir agar masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah tetap bisa punya rumah. Bunganya flat 5 persen selama 20 tahun, DP hanya 1 persen, dan cicilan mulai Rp1 jutaan,” terang Berdi Dwiyanto, Asisten Manajer Pemasaran Pembiayaan Program BP Tapera.
10.000 Unit di Jabar, 1.000 Diantaranya untuk Majalengka
BP Tapera telah bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan Bank BJB untuk menyalurkan 10 ribu unit rumah FLPP di Jawa Barat.
Dari jumlah tersebut, sekitar 1.000 unit dialokasikan khusus untuk Kabupaten Majalengka.
“”Sosialisasi ini terus kami gencarkan agar semakin banyak masyarakat yang tahu dan bisa memanfaatkan kesempatan ini,” tambah Berdi.
Syaratnya pun terbilang mudah: WNI usia minimal 21 tahun atau sudah menikah, belum memiliki rumah, penghasilan maksimal Rp8,5 juta (lajang) atau Rp10 juta (menikah), lolos analisis kredit dari bank penyalur.
Pendaftaran bisa dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi SiKasep di Play Store dan cek rumah tersedia lewat situs www.sikumbang.tapera.go.id.
