BANDUNG – Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) akan melakukan evaluasi besar-besaran terhadap pelaksanaan program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) usai terjadinya kasus keracunan massal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Evaluasi dijadwalkan berlangsung Senin (29/9/2025) dengan menghadirkan seluruh Kepala MBG perwakilan wilayah Jabar. Dalam pertemuan itu, KDM akan membahas kinerja dapur MBG atau Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) sekaligus meminta audit menyeluruh.
“Senin saya akan mengundang Kepala MBG perwakilan wilayah Jawa Barat untuk membahas dan mengevaluasi peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi,” ujar KDM di Kantor DPRD Kota Bandung, Kamis (25/9).
Dedi menyoroti lamanya jeda waktu antara memasak dengan penyajian. Ia menilai proses memasak sejak tengah malam dan baru disajikan pukul 12.00 WIB sangat berisiko.
“Harapan saya ke depan, dapur itu didekatkan dengan sekolah. Jumlah penerima jangan ribuan, karena siapa pun tidak akan sanggup mengelola ribuan porsi setiap hari tanpa henti,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menilai jarak distribusi makanan yang jauh dari dapur ke sekolah menambah potensi risiko keracunan.
