KUNINGAN — Kabupaten Kuningan kembali bersiap menyambut dentingan pedal dan gemuruh roda sepeda dari para atlet balap nasional dan internasional. Ajang tahunan Tour de Linggarjati (TDL) edisi ke-8 akan digelar pada 12–14 September 2025, mengusung tema “Raga Sehat, Alam Terawat, Kuningan Melesat.”
Bukan hanya kompetisi, TDL telah menjelma menjadi wajah promosi sport tourism Kuningan, menggandeng pesona alam, semangat warga, dan geliat ekonomi lokal dalam satu helaan napas.
“TDL bukan hanya adu kecepatan, tapi momentum menampilkan wajah terbaik Kuningan kepada Indonesia,” ujar Ketua Panitia, dr. Yanuar Firdaus.
Tahun ini, panitia merancang rute sepanjang 111 kilometer, menyusuri 17 kecamatan, mulai dari kawasan pegunungan, jalan kota, hingga perdesaan. Wilayah yang akan dilintasi antara lain Kuningan, Cigugur, Kadugede, Nusaherang, Darma, hingga Garawangi. Jalur ini disebut menawarkan tantangan teknis yang variatif, sekaligus panorama khas kaki Gunung Ciremai.
“Rute ini memperluas cakupan peserta menjelajah Kuningan secara utuh,” kata Yanuar.
Tour de Linggarjati 2025 menghadirkan tiga kategori lomba:
- Individual Road Race (IRR) – kategori utama dengan tiga subkelas: pra youth, youth, junior, elite, dan master. Jarak tempuhnya bervariasi: 30,7 km, 55,7 km, hingga penuh 111 km.
- Criterium Race – digelar di pusat kota, memakai sirkuit 2,9 km per putaran.
- Fun Bike – sepeda santai terbuka untuk umum, menempuh rute 20 km dari Jalan Siliwangi hingga Taman Kota.
Kategori ini dirancang tak hanya untuk atlet profesional, tapi juga bagi masyarakat yang ingin terlibat dalam semangat kebugaran kolektif.
