KUNINGAN – Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuningan mencatat dari 72 dapur SPPG yang sudah beroperasi baru dua dapur yang sudah mendapatkan Sertifikat Laik Higiene Sanitasi (SLHS). Sedangkan 70 dapur lainnya masih dalam proses.
Dua dapur yang sudah mendapatkan SLHS di antaranya SPPG Polres Kuningan dan SPPG Desa Kapandayan Kecamatan Ciawigebang.
Hal itu diungkapkan oleh, Idik Sidik, selaku Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kuningan usai menghadiri kegiatan pelatihan keamanan pangan siap saji bagi penjamah pangan, bertempat di Hotel Purnama Mulia Kecamatan Cigugur, Selasa, (21/10).
Menurutnya, SLHS penting dimiliki atau didapatkan oleh setiap dapur SPPG yang mulai beroperasi. Sertifikat itu menjadi legitimasi dalam hal keterjaminan keamanan, kebersihan, dan kelayakan makanan yang disajikan setiap dapur.
