INDRAMAYU – Tim bulutangkis putra Kabupaten Kuningan harus puas membawa pulang medali perak dalam ajang Pekan Olahraga dan Seni Antar Daerah Perbatasan (Porsenitas) XII yang digelar di Kabupaten Indramayu. Dalam partai final yang berlangsung sengit di GOR Pertamina, Kuningan harus mengakui keunggulan tim kuat Ciamis dengan skor 21–15 dan 21–16.
Dua pebulutangkis Kuningan, Firmansyah dari Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) serta Tediyana dari Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bappenda), tampil impresif sepanjang turnamen. Keduanya menunjukkan performa solid sejak babak awal dan berhasil menembus partai puncak setelah melewati lawan-lawan tangguh.
Pada laga perdana, Kuningan tampil meyakinkan saat menghadapi Pangandaran. Kombinasi smes keras Firmansyah dan permainan net tenang Tediyana membuat lawan tak berkutik. Pertandingan berakhir dengan kemenangan telak, 21–10 dan 21–9, sekaligus mengantarkan mereka melaju ke semifinal.
Laga semifinal mempertemukan Kuningan dengan tim tangguh Majalengka. Di set pertama, Kuningan sempat tertinggal dengan skor 15–21. Namun, semangat pantang menyerah membuat mereka bangkit di dua set berikutnya. Lewat permainan cepat dan pertahanan rapat, Kuningan sukses membalikkan keadaan dengan skor 21–11 dan 21–15. Kemenangan ini memastikan langkah Firmansyah dan Tediyana menuju final menghadapi Ciamis.
