KUNINGAN – Semarak Peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun Pemuda Pancasila ke – 66 dirayakan dengan agenda sosial dan kemasyarakatan, mulai dari sunatan masal, donor darah, santunan anak yatim, dan bazar yang menjual kebutuhan pangan dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau.
Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di lapangan Pandapa Paramarta. Masyarakat berbondong-bondong turut serta mengikuti berbagai agenda tersebut. Termasuk, Sunatan masal yang diikuti sebanyak 30 anak dari berbagai desa yang ada di Kabupaten Kuningan.
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat itu, merupakan wujud nyata komitmen Pemuda Pancasila untuk senantiasa berperan aktif dalam pembangunan sosial serta memperkuat nilai-nilai kebangsaan di tengah masyarakat.
Kosim, salah satu orang tua dari peserta sunatan masal turut bersyukur dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut. Ia mengaku kegiatan itu sangat membantu masyarakat kecil, terutama bagi keluarga yang kurang mampu seperti dirinya.
”Alhamdulillah, dengan kegiatan ini saya sangat terbantu. Anak saya bisa ikut sunatan secara gratis tanpa mengeluarkan modal biaya yang besar,” ujarnya, Sabtu, (1/11).
Kosim yang beralamat di Desa Mandapajaya, Kecamatan Cilebak, rela untuk pergi dari ujung Selatan Kuningan menuju wilayah Kota Kuningan. Menurutnya, menempuh perjalanan jauh bukan menjadi masalah, yang terpenting anaknya bisa dikhitan dan sehat.
”Saya mengucapkan terimakasih kepada panitia kegiatan ini yang sudah memfasilitasi sunatan masal. Alhamdulillah selain gratis, kami juga dapat obat, dan fasilitas pengaman khusus untuk khitan, serta dapat insentif untuk jajan anak,” ujarnya dengan penuh haru.
