KUNINGAN – Dugaan penyimpangan anggaran di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan kembali mencuat ke permukaan. Isu seputar temuan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) kini ramai diperbincangkan di kalangan publik, menyusul kabar adanya indikasi praktik manipulatif dan koruptif dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah.
Seperti disampaikan Pengamat Kuningan Abdul Haris, jika benar telah terjadi penyimpangan sebagaimana yang disinyalir dalam rumor temuan BPK, maka hal tersebut patut diduga kuat sebagai tindak pidana korupsi.
Bahkan, menurut Haris, sekalipun ada pengembalian kerugian negara (TGR) oleh pihak-pihak terkait, hal itu tak serta merta menghapus unsur pidana korupsi yang telah terjadi.
“Pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara bukanlah jalan pintas untuk menghindari proses hukum. Dalam konteks tindak pidana korupsi, tindakan tersebut tetap dapat diproses secara hukum meski telah mengembalikan dana,” ujar Haris. Kamis (26/6/2025)
