KUNINGAN — Mantan Bupati Kuningan, Acep Purnama, dikabarkan mengalami serangan jantung mendadak saat mengikuti acara ngaliwet bareng para kepala desa di Desa Tambakbaya, Kecamatan Garawangi, Senin siang, 22 April 2024.
Kejadian itu berlangsung cepat. Seusai santap siang dan mengobrol santai, Acep tiba-tiba terjengkang ke belakang dan nyaris terjatuh. Beruntung, salah satu kepala desa sigap menahan tubuhnya sebelum menyentuh tanah. Dalam kondisi tak sadarkan diri, ia segera dilarikan ke RSUD 45 Kuningan.
“Baru saja makan, lagi ngobrol, tiba-tiba Pa Acep jatuh. Kami langsung angkut ke RS,” kata Uka, Kepala Desa Sukaimut yang berada di lokasi.
Jarak ke RSUD hanya sekitar 10 menit. Namun, menurut beberapa saksi, jika keterlambatan terjadi hanya lima menit saja, nyawa Acep Purnama bisa tak tertolong.
Sempat Tak Bernapas dan Henti Jantung
Direktur RSUD 45 Kuningan, dr. Deki Saefullah, membenarkan bahwa Acep sempat tidak menunjukkan detak jantung maupun napas saat tiba di UGD. Tim medis langsung melakukan penanganan intensif.
