KUNINGAN –Kabar membanggakan datang dari Kabupaten Kuningan. ASN Kuningan Berprestasi 2025 kembali mencatat prestasi, dengan dua wakil terbaik daerah ini berhasil menembus 10 besar Seleksi PNS Berprestasi Tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Mereka adalah Dr. Wahyu Hidayah, M.Si., Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah sekaligus Kepala Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian, yang masuk kategori Inovatif, serta Heni Entin Sulastri, guru SDN 4 Awirarangan, yang terpilih dalam kategori Inspiratif.
Penetapan keduanya tertuang dalam SK BKD Jawa Barat Nomor 2386/KPG.03.06/PKAP. Wahyu dan Heni kini berhak melaju ke tahapan lanjutan menuju babak puncak.
Seleksi Ketat, Saingan Ketat
Tahun ini, seleksi PNS Berprestasi diikuti sekitar 400 ASN dari seluruh Jawa Barat. Prosesnya berlapis, mulai administrasi, portofolio, wawancara, hingga visitasi lapangan. Dari ratusan peserta, hanya 100 ASN yang lolos ke tahap presentasi, lalu disaring menjadi 30 finalis, masing-masing 10 orang di kategori Inovatif, Inspiratif, dan Future Leader.
Keberhasilan dua wakil Kuningan ini membuktikan kualitas ASN daerah yang mampu bersaing di level provinsi.
