KUNINGAN – Ramainya perbincangan publik terkait open bidding (OB) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Kuningan menuai perhatian dari Ketua Forum Masyarakat Kuningan (Formatku), Atang, SE. Ia menilai kegaduhan yang terjadi saat ini tidak perlu diperpanjang dan sebaiknya dihentikan.
“Menurut saya ini masalah sepele. Saya tahu betul runtutan OB Sekda yang digelar pada masa Penjabat (PJ) Bupati dulu. Kenapa mesti dibuat gaduh?” ujarnya dengan nada prihatin.
Atang mengingatkan bahwa sejak awal dirinya sudah mengkritisi pelaksanaan OB Sekda era PJ Bupati. Menurutnya, tidak ada urgensi untuk menggelar open bidding pada saat itu karena Kabupaten Kuningan tinggal menunggu bupati definitif hasil Pilkada.
“Awal Desember 2024, kami di Formatku bahkan sudah berkirim surat resmi untuk menolak OB Sekda saat itu. Pertanyaan saya sederhana: seurgent apa PJ harus menggelar open bidding? Padahal Bupati baru sebentar lagi dilantik,” ungkapnya.
Kini, ketika Bupati Dian Rachmat Yanuar mengambil langkah untuk membuka kembali proses OB Sekda baru, justru muncul suara penolakan dari sejumlah pihak. Hal ini, kata Atang, sangat disayangkan.
