Ketua Dekranasda Kabupaten Ciamis, Hj. Kania Ernawati Herdiat, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa Dekranasda memiliki posisi strategis sebagai penghubung antara pelaku kerajinan dengan pemerintah.
“Dekranasda memiliki peran penting dari pusat hingga daerah untuk menggali, melestarikan, dan mengembangkan warisan budaya bangsa. Kami juga akan fokus pada pembinaan UMKM dan IKM, khususnya di bidang kerajinan,” ungkap Kania.
Ia menambahkan, penguatan promosi digital dan pemanfaatan e-commerce menjadi langkah konkret untuk memperluas pasar kerajinan lokal.
“Era digital adalah peluang besar bagi para pengrajin. Kami akan membantu mereka masuk ke pasar online dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran agar produk Ciamis bisa bersaing di tingkat global,” ujarnya.
Sebagai bagian dari rangkaian acara, dilakukan penyerahan simbolis produk kerajinan lokal kepada Bupati dan Ketua Dekranasda. Setelah itu, rombongan meninjau stand pameran berbagai produk, mulai dari anyaman, batik, hingga kerajinan tangan berbasis bahan alam.
Produk-produk tersebut menjadi bukti kreativitas dan potensi besar para pengrajin Ciamis untuk dikembangkan lebih luas.
Ke depan, Dekranasda Kabupaten Ciamis berkomitmen memperkuat branding, pendataan, pelatihan, dan akses pasar agar kerajinan lokal tidak hanya bertahan, tetapi mampu menjadi kebanggaan ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat.(Beng).
