KUNINGAN – Bupati Kuningan Dian Rachmat Yanuar kembali turun ke lapangan untuk meninjau kondisi infrastruktur, khususnya jalan rusak, selama bulan Ramadan. Salah satu titik yang menjadi sorotan adalah ruas jalan di Desa Langseb, Kecamatan Lebakwangi, yang disebut mengalami kerusakan akibat aktivitas distribusi dari gudang depot air mineral.
Dalam peninjauan yang dilakukan Minggu (2/3), Bupati Dian tampak kesal melihat bangunan gudang yang berdiri terlalu dekat dengan badan jalan dan bahkan menutupi saluran irigasi di bawahnya.
“Ini jelas melanggar. Bangunannya memakan bahu jalan dan menutup saluran irigasi. Belum lagi mobil-mobil distribusi air berkapasitas besar yang sering berhenti sembarangan. Ini memperparah kerusakan jalan,” ujar Dian dengan nada tinggi.
Setiba di lokasi, Bupati menemui seorang satpam yang berjaga dan memintanya menyampaikan kepada pengelola depot agar segera menghadap. Dian langsung menginstruksikan Asisten Daerah (Asda) II, Deden Kurniawan, untuk mengeluarkan surat pemanggilan resmi kepada pihak depot.
“Kemungkinan besar bangunan ini harus dibongkar dan ditata ulang agar tidak mengganggu fungsi jalan dan irigasi,” tegasnya.
