Penghentian sementara CFD dilakukan untuk mendukung kelancaran dan kesuksesan event Tour de Linggarjati ke-8, sebuah ajang bergengsi yang akan digelar di Kabupaten Kuningan. Dalam surat tersebut, Pemkab menugaskan Tim Pelaksana CFD untuk menyosialisasikan informasi ini kepada masyarakat luas.
Selain itu, Camat Kuningan diminta memastikan seluruh kepala desa dan lurah di wilayahnya ikut menyampaikan pemberitahuan kepada warganya.
Dengan adanya penyesuaian ini, masyarakat diimbau untuk memahami serta mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menyukseskan perhelatan Tour de Linggarjati, yang bukan hanya membawa manfaat bagi olahraga bersepeda, tetapi juga memperkuat citra pariwisata Kuningan di mata nasional maupun internasional.
