KUNINGAN – Ribuan pelajar dari berbagai SMA dan SMK di Kabupaten Kuningan memadati acara Dialog Remaja Generasi Berencana (Genre) yang digelar dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ibu 2023. Bertajuk “Bergaul Sehat, Masa Depan Hebat”, kegiatan yang diinisiasi oleh DPPKBP3A Kabupaten Kuningan ini sukses menyatukan semangat remaja untuk tumbuh sebagai generasi yang cerdas dan berkarakter.
Acara yang digelar bersama BKKBN Pusat dan Perwakilan Jawa Barat ini melibatkan lebih dari 2.300 peserta, serta turut mengundang partisipasi aktif dari Foraku, Siaga Kencana, dan komunitas Genre dari seluruh Kuningan.
Kolaborasi Edukatif untuk Turunkan Stunting
Ketua TP PKK Kabupaten Kuningan, Hj. Ika Siti Rahmantika, menilai acara ini merupakan bentuk konkret kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan generasi muda dalam mendukung Program Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE) Bangga Kencana, terutama untuk mendukung percepatan penurunan angka stunting.
“Kami ingin menciptakan ruang positif untuk remaja, agar mereka memahami pentingnya pergaulan sehat dan merancang masa depan dengan bijak,” ujar Ika.
Menurutnya, edukasi tentang pergaulan sehat dan penguatan karakter menjadi bekal penting bagi remaja untuk menghindari risiko pernikahan dini, kekerasan dalam pacaran, hingga persoalan reproduksi.
Masa Muda sebagai Jendela Kesempatan
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Bupati Kuningan H. Acep Purnama menyampaikan bahwa masa muda adalah fase emas yang harus dimanfaatkan untuk membangun bekal kehidupan. Ia mendorong peserta untuk menjadikan momentum dialog ini sebagai awal pembentukan karakter unggul.
“Masa muda bukan hanya usia, tapi peluang. Setiap ilmu dan kebaikan yang kita tanam hari ini adalah pondasi masa depan. Mari manfaatkan,” ujar Acep.
