“Gerakan Rakyat ini di dideklarasikan pada tanggal 27 Februari 2025, belum sampai satu tahun. Pada rapat pimpinan nasional yang kita gelar di Jakarta pada bulan Juli kemarin, memang ada salah satu rekomendasi yang menyatakan bahwa DPP Gerakan rakyat untuk segera mempertimbangkan hadirnya partai politik, dan itu kami follow up dengan menunjuk para mandataris untuk menghitung kekuatan Gerakan Rakyat untuk mendirikan sebuah parpol,” ujarnya.
Dengan adanya peresmian kantor baru itu, DPD Gerakan Rakyat Kuningan menegaskan tekadnya untuk menjadi wadah perjuangan yang lebih terorganisir, baik dalam mengawal aspirasi masyarakat maupun dalam mempersiapkan langkah strategis menuju transformasi menjadi partai politik.
Kehadiran seluruh jajaran dari tingkat kabupaten hingga pusat juga menunjukkan soliditas dan keseriusan Gerakan Rakyat dalam memperluas basis dukungan, sekaligus memperkuat peranannya di kancah politik nasional. (Icu)
