BANDUNG – Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Jawa Barat Tahun Anggaran 2025 mengalami perubahan signifikan. Pendapatan daerah naik Rp94,95 miliar menjadi Rp31,09 triliun, sementara belanja daerah bertambah Rp1,16 triliun, dengan fokus utama pada pembangunan infrastruktur, peningkatan layanan pendidikan, dan penguatan fasilitas publik.
Perubahan tersebut disampaikan Wakil Gubernur Jawa Barat Erwan Setiawan saat membacakan nota pengantar Gubernur dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Jabar di Kota Bandung, Senin (11/8/2025).
“Tambahan pendapatan berasal dari kenaikan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebesar Rp64,42 miliar sehingga mencapai Rp19,37 triliun, serta peningkatan pendapatan transfer sebesar Rp30,52 miliar menjadi Rp11,70 triliun. Sementara pos lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah tetap sebesar Rp23,19 miliar,” ujar Erwan.
Kenaikan belanja daerah membuat total anggaran belanja meningkat dari Rp31,08 triliun menjadi Rp32,23 triliun. Belanja modal menjadi sektor dengan lonjakan terbesar, naik dari Rp1,77 triliun menjadi Rp4,83 triliun atau melonjak 172,78 persen.
Sekretaris Daerah Jawa Barat Herman Suryatman menyebutkan, tambahan belanja modal akan didistribusikan ke sejumlah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD).
“Fokus utamanya pada pembangunan jalan dan jembatan, rehabilitasi ruang kelas, pembangunan unit sekolah baru, peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan, dan penguatan sarana perhubungan,” jelas Herman.
