Solusi Kemacetan, Akses Wisata, dan Penghargaan Pensiunan DPUPR
Kepala Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Kuningan, I. Putu Bagiasna, menjelaskan bahwa pembangunan jalan lingkar ini menjadi jawaban atas dua tantangan besar: kemacetan lalu lintas dan akses terbatas menuju kawasan wisata alam.
“Dengan dukungan dana pusat, pembangunan ini menjadi bentuk nyata sinergi antara daerah dan pusat dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat. Tidak hanya Cipari–Cisantana, kami juga dapat bantuan untuk preservasi Jalan Cipasung–Subang–Cilebak,” kata Putu.
Proyek jalan Cipasung–Subang–Cilebak sendiri dikerjakan oleh PT Primayasa Adiguna dari Kota Banjar, Jawa Barat, dengan masa kerja 160 hari kalender.
Sebagai bagian dari peringatan Hari Bakti PU, Pemkab Kuningan juga memberikan penghargaan kepada empat mantan Kepala Dinas PUPR yang telah purna tugas. Mereka adalah Jajat Sudrajat, Didi Sutardi, Rusliadi, dan H.M. Ridwan Setiawan — tokoh-tokoh yang dinilai berjasa besar dalam membangun pondasi infrastruktur Kuningan selama beberapa dekade terakhir.
Jalan yang Menghubungkan Pertumbuhan
Pembangunan jalan Cipari–Cisantana bukan hanya menyambungkan dua titik geografis, tapi juga menyatukan kebutuhan akan pertumbuhan ekonomi, keberlanjutan ekologi, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat.
“Kami harap proyek ini menjadi titik awal pembangunan yang lebih progresif, inklusif, dan merata,” tutup Acep yang dalam beberapa hari terakhir menjalani momen-momen akhir masa kepemimpinannya sebagai Bupati Kuningan.
