Dalam dokumen tersebut dinyatakan proyek selesai 100 persen, padahal hingga Desember 2018 pekerjaan masih belum rampung. Akibat perintah tersebut, negara mengalami kerugian hingga Rp26 miliar dari total pagu anggaran Rp86 miliar.
Atas perannya, NA dijerat Pasal 2 Ayat (1) junto Pasal 18 dan Pasal 3 junto Pasal 18 UU Tipikor, serta Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP. Penyidik kemudian menahan NA di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Kelas I Cirebon selama 20 hari, mulai 8 hingga 27 September 2025.
Menanggapi status tersangka, NA menyerahkan seluruh proses hukum kepada aparat penegak hukum.
“Semua saya serahkan pada proses hukum. Kota Cirebon harus kondusif, itu pesan saya,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, Kejari telah menetapkan enam tersangka lain dalam kasus ini. Tiga orang merupakan pejabat aktif di Pemkot Cirebon, Tiga lainnya adalah kontraktor. Dari tangan para tersangka, penyidik menyita barang bukti berupa uang tunai senilai Rp788 juta. (Beng dari berbagai sumber).
