KUNINGAN – Empat jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan yang telah melalui tahapan open bidding masih belum memiliki nama definitif. Keputusan final kini berada di tangan Bupati Kuningan, H. Acep Purnama.
Ketua Panitia Seleksi (Pansel) sekaligus Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan, H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, menyatakan bahwa seluruh proses seleksi terbuka sudah dilaksanakan secara transparan. Nilai akhir pun telah diumumkan kepada publik sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas.
“Nilainya sudah dipampangkan secara terbuka. Jadi sekarang tinggal menunggu keputusan beliau (Bupati Kuningan),” kata Dian saat ditemui di Pendopo, Senin, 20 November 2023.
Dian menambahkan, publikasi nilai peserta seleksi merupakan hal baru dalam proses pengisian jabatan di Kuningan. Hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat mengetahui bagaimana proses penilaian berlangsung dan menepis dugaan adanya intervensi dalam seleksi.
“Seluruh hasil ini adalah kerja tim pansel, bukan perseorangan. Kami hanya menyampaikan pertimbangan teknokratis. Keputusan akhir tetap di tangan Bupati sebagai pemegang hak prerogatif,” ujarnya.
