KUNINGAN – Aksi pencurian kembali terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Kuningan. Kali ini, sebuah pabrik penggilingan padi di Dusun Pon, Desa Sangkanhurip, Kecamatan Cigandamekar, dibobol maling. Pelaku diduga membawa kabur sekitar 4 ton beras dalam kemasan karung 25 dan 5 kilogram.
Peristiwa tersebut diketahui pada Rabu dini hari, 29 November 2023. Menurut kesaksian seorang karyawan yang mengontrak di seberang pabrik, ia mencurigai adanya aktivitas mencurigakan saat hendak mengambil air menjelang salat subuh. Saat itu, ia melihat jendela bagian barat pabrik dalam kondisi rusak.
“Saya langsung melaporkan ke pemilik pabrik, Pak Eman. Begitu pintu depan dibuka, kami lihat ratusan karung beras sudah tidak ada di tempat,” ujar karyawan tersebut.
Pemilik pabrik, Eman Roheman, mengungkapkan bahwa beras yang hilang terdiri dari 151 karung ukuran 25 kilogram dan 12 karung ukuran 5 kilogram. Jika dihitung berdasarkan harga pasaran Rp13 ribu per kilogram, total kerugian ditaksir mencapai Rp50 juta.
“Pelaku kemungkinan tiga orang. Menurut keterangan warga, terdengar suara mobil datang sekitar pukul 23.30 WIB dan meninggalkan lokasi sekitar pukul 02.00 dini hari. Kemungkinan menggunakan truk engkel, karena kalau truk besar mungkin isi pabrik sudah habis semua,” kata Eman.
