KUNINGAN – Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP) Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan resmi ditutup oleh Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Asep Taufik Rohman di Aula Graha Sajati BKPSDM, Senin (tanggal bisa ditambahkan bila tersedia).
Dari total 40 peserta yang berasal dari 16 perangkat daerah, sebanyak 39 orang dinyatakan lulus dengan hasil memuaskan. Satu peserta lainnya ditangguhkan karena kondisi kesehatan.
Dalam sambutannya, Asep Taufik Rohman—akrab disapa Opik—mengapresiasi pencapaian peserta yang telah melewati proses pembelajaran dan praktik lapangan, termasuk kemampuan mendiagnosis masalah kerja dan merancang aksi perubahan. “Ini kontribusi nyata untuk menutup gap antara kondisi ideal dan realita di lapangan,” ujar Opik.
Ia menekankan bahwa aksi perubahan yang dihasilkan tidak boleh berhenti sebagai syarat kelulusan semata. “Perubahan yang Anda bawa harus konsisten dijalankan, bukan sekadar formalitas,” tegasnya.
