KUNINGAN – Pria yang mengaku “Garda Depan Bupati” dan melakukan tindakan kekerasan terhadap kusir delman harus berurusan dengan hukum. Korban melaporkan tindakan kekerasan itu ke Polres Kuningan.
Seorang kusir delman, Cecep Iqbal (28), menjadi korban penganiayaan yang dilakukan oleh pria berinisial YO. Kejadian itu berlangsung pada Sabtu malam (20/9) di Kantor Satpol PP Taman Kota Kuningan sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB.
YO diduga mendatangi korban lantaran tersulut emosi akibat komentar Cecep di akun Facebook yang ditujukan kepada Bupati Kuningan. Tak terima dengan komentar tersebut, YO yang mengaku sebagai “Garda Depan Bupati” kemudian menampar korban hingga dua kali serta memaksa korban membuat video permintaan maaf.
Akibat aksi kekerasan itu, Cecep mengalami luka di bagian wajah serta trauma psikis. Pada Rabu (24/9), korban akhirnya melaporkan peristiwa tersebut ke Satreskrim Polres Kuningan dengan didampingi Kordinator Kusir Delman Kuningan, Ade Soma.
“Tadi saya mendampingi korban membuat laporan ke Polres Kuningan, bahkan korban juga sudah dilakukan visum untuk melengkapi laporan,” ungkap Ade usai mendampingi korban.
Ade menilai apapun alasan yang melatarbelakangi kasus tersebut, tindak kekerasan tidak bisa dibenarkan.
