KUNINGAN – Perekonomian Kabupaten Kuningan mencatatkan performa yang sangat menggembirakan pada paruh pertama tahun 2025. Data analisis pertumbuhan ekonomi dari sisi pengeluaran yang dirilis Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Kuningan menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Kuningan menembus angka dua digit, mencapai 10,09 persen pada Triwulan II (c-to-c). Angka ini melanjutkan tren ekspansi kuat setelah Triwulan I mencatat pertumbuhan 9,76 persen.
Secara tahunan (year-on-year), ekonomi Kuningan bahkan tumbuh 10,42 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun 2024. Capaian ini bukan hanya menempatkan Kuningan sebagai salah satu daerah dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi tercepat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning, tetapi juga mendapatkan sorotan di tingkat nasional. Dalam Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) Inflasi Nasional yang digelar pada Senin 27 Oktober 2025 kemarin, Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian secara khusus menyoroti Kabupaten Kuningan sebagai daerah dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi terbaik di Pulau Jawa.
Dari analisis komponen pengeluaran, Konsumsi Akhir Rumah Tangga (RT) terbukti menjadi motor utama yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Kuningan. Kontribusi konsumsi RT mencapai 6,64 persen pada Triwulan I dan 5,72 persen pada Triwulan II (c-to-c).
Pada sisi laju pertumbuhan tahunan (Y-on-Y), konsumsi rumah tangga menunjukkan geliat kuat, tumbuh 8,73 persen pada Triwulan I dan 6,22 persen pada Triwulan II. Capaian ini memberikan cerminan positif bahwa daya beli masyarakat Kuningan tetap terjaga dengan baik. Daya beli ini didorong oleh meningkatnya aktivitas perdagangan lokal, perputaran ekonomi mikro, serta relatif stabilnya harga kebutuhan pokok di pasaran. Meskipun terjadi sedikit perlambatan laju pada triwulan kedua, konsumsi masyarakat secara fundamental masih menjadi fondasi utama ketahanan ekonomi daerah yang paling kokoh.
Sinyal positif juga datang dari komponen Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto (PMTB), yang merupakan indikator aktivitas investasi. PMTB menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif masing-masing 1,91 persen pada Triwulan I dan meningkat menjadi 2,20 persen pada Triwulan II (c-to-c).
Lebih signifikan lagi, dari sisi laju pertumbuhan tahunan (Y-on-Y), PMTB melonjak tajam dari 8,15 persen pada Triwulan I menjadi 10,90 persen pada Triwulan II. Tren ini menandakan meningkatnya kepercayaan pelaku usaha dan investor terhadap prospek ekonomi daerah. Sektor-sektor seperti konstruksi, perdagangan, properti, dan usaha mikro dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi penerima manfaat utama dari dorongan investasi ini. Proyek pembangunan infrastruktur publik serta geliat industri kecil turut memberikan dorongan berarti bagi aktivitas ekonomi Kuningan. Selain itu, proses penyelesaian tunda bayar utang pemerintah daerah pada tahun sebelumnya juga ditengarai menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong utama geliat investasi di sektor swasta Kuningan.
Berbanding terbalik dengan konsumsi dan investasi, Konsumsi Akhir Pemerintah tercatat masih mengalami kontraksi. Komponen ini minus -0,78 persen pada Triwulan I dan minus -0,75 persen pada Triwulan II (c-to-c). Dari sisi laju pertumbuhan tahunan (Y-on-Y), juga menunjukkan penurunan -9,50 persen pada Triwulan I dan -7,64 persen pada Triwulan II.
