Rotasi ini juga menyentuh para pejabat fungsional yang kini menduduki posisi struktural. Sekda Kuningan H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar menyebut bahwa penyesuaian antara jabatan struktural dan fungsional kini menjadi hal yang setara.
“Fungsional dan struktural kini memiliki peran yang sama penting. Tidak menutup kemungkinan ke depan bisa saling melengkapi,” ujar Dian.
Eselon II Belum Tersentuh
Menariknya, dalam rotasi kali ini, jabatan eselon II belum tersentuh. Menurut Dian, hal ini karena pimpinan daerah masih menilai para pejabat eselon II saat ini masih “on the track”.
Pelantikan ini bukan hanya seremoni pergantian nama dan jabatan, tapi menjadi simbol dari dinamika pemerintahan yang terus bergerak, merespons kebutuhan birokrasi dan pelayanan masyarakat secara adaptif dan progresif.
