KUNINGAN – Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Seluruh Indonesia (SI) Koordinator Wilayah (Korwil) Jawa Barat melakukan kunjungan silaturahmi ke Anggota DPR RI, H. Rokhmat Ardiyan. Pertemuan digelar di kawasan Arunika Eatery & Space, Kuningan.
Dalam pertemuan hangat tersebut, para mahasiswa meminta wejangan sukses dari sosok yang dikenal sebagai pengusaha inspiratif dan legislator berpengaruh itu. H. Rokhmat Ardiyan sendiri dikenal sebagai figur yang berangkat dari dunia aktivisme kampus, kemudian meniti karier di dunia usaha, hingga kini duduk di parlemen.
Ketua BEM SI Korwil Jabar, Moh Risaldi, menilai Rokhmat Ardiyan sebagai pengusaha top dengan semangat luar biasa. Ia juga mengaku kagum dengan suasana Arunika yang memadukan konsep wisata dan edukasi.
“Kita ini masih punya jiwa kekanak-kanakan. Arunika cocok untuk melepaskan jiwa kekanak-kanakan yang meronta dalam tubuh kita,”
ujarnya berseloroh, disambut tawa para peserta.
Sementara itu, Presiden Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan (Uniku), Rio, menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada Rokhmat Ardiyan yang telah menerima jajaran BEM SI Korwil Jabar. Kegiatan itu merupakan bagian dari Rapat Kerja Wilayah (Rakerwil) BEM SI Jabar 2025 bertema “Kerakyatan”, yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Raya Kuningan.
“Rakerwil ini untuk menjaga agar eskalasi gerakan kita tetap masif. Kami berharap mendapat motivasi agar bisa sukses seperti Pak Rokhmat Ardiyan,” ujar Rio.
Menanggapi hal itu, H. Rokhmat Ardiyan berbagi cerita tentang perjalanan yang ia tempuh, mulai menjadi aktivis mahasiswa di HMI, pengusaha, sampai hingga kini duduk di kursi parlemen.
“Saya juga pernah jadi mahasiswa dan aktivis. Kuliahnya paling lama, tujuh tahun. Jangan sampai ada yang memecahkan rekor itu ya,” ujarnya sambil tertawa, disambut riuh mahasiswa.
Ia berpesan agar mahasiswa BEM SI kelak ada yang menjadi pemimpin bangsa, baik di parlemen, pemerintahan daerah, maupun dunia usaha.
”Menjadi pengusaha bukan sekadar urusan bisnis, tapi juga menerapkan nilai-nilai yang diajarkan Nabi Muhammad SAW, berkeadilan dan peduli kepada orang kecil,” ujarnya.
Kapoksi Komisi XII DPR RI itu mengingatkan bahwa masa depan bangsa berada di tangan anak muda.
“Ingat, di tangan kalian masa depan bangsa ini,” pesan Suami dari Hj Dian Marina Puspita (DMP).
Sebagai Anggota MPR RI, Rokhmat Ardiyan juga memanfaatkan kesempatan tersebut untuk menguji wawasan kebangsaan mahasiswa dan mensosialisasikan Empat Pilar MPR RI.
Ia turut menyampaikan pesan dari Presiden Prabowo Subianto bahwa mahasiswa adalah penerus bangsa yang akan mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045.
”Mahasiswa harus terus mengasah intelektualitas, menjadi agen perubahan, sekaligus garda terdepan dalam mengawal kebijakan pemerintah,” tambahnya.
Pertemuan berlangsung penuh keakraban dan diselingi canda tawa. Diskusi hangat antara Rokhmat Ardiyan dan para mahasiswa BEM SI menciptakan suasana inspiratif yang sarat motivasi. (Icu)
