KUININGAN – Sentimen publik Kabupaten Kuningan terhadap kinerja pasangan Bupati Dr. H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, M.Si dan Wakil Bupati Hj. Tuti Andriani, SH., M.K pada 100 hari pertama kepemimpinan tercatat positif. Temuan ini terungkap melalui survei nasional berskala besar yang digelar serentak di 32 kecamatan pada 29-30 Mei 2025.
Bupati Dian Rachmat Yanuar meraih apresiasi tinggi dengan 79.2% responden (nilai akumulasi 7.9) memberikan penilaian 6-10 pada skala kinerja. Mayoritas skor terkonsentrasi di angka 7, 8, dan 9, mencerminkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kapasitas kepemimpinannya. Sementara Wakil Bupati Tuti Andriani mencatat 63.8% respons positif (nilai akumulasi 6.3) dengan dominasi penilaian pada skala 6 dan 7.
Survei melibatkan 1.000 responden terpilih secara acak bertingkat (multistage random sampling) dengan margin of error ±3% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan tatap muka oleh 100 surveyor terlatih yang tersebar merata di seluruh kecamatan. Kendali mutu dilaksanakan secara berlapis, mulai rekruitmen surveyor, spot-check lapangan, hingga validasi pascapengumpulan data.
Selain mengevaluasi kinerja eksekutif, riset ini mengukur, persepsi terhadap kinerja Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD), Kesesuaian kebijakan dengan kebutuhan public, Efektivitas komunikasi pemerintahan, Kinerja TNI-Polri di wilayah Kuningan, dan Sektor yang belum terintervensi optimal.
