KUNINGAN – Tim Pemenangan Paslon 02 Ridho-Kamdan menyatakan menerima hasil Pilkada 2024 Kabupaten Kuningan. Namun, mereka juga menegaskan akan melaporkan KPU dan Bawaslu ke DKPP atas dugaan pelanggaran etik dan administrasi selama proses pemilihan berlangsung.
Ketua Tim Pemenangan, Nuzul Racdy, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya menghormati hasil pleno rekapitulasi KPU yang digelar 5 Desember 2024. Meski begitu, ia mengungkap adanya sejumlah catatan serius terkait dugaan kecurangan dan ketidakprofesionalan penyelenggara.
“Kami mencatat 30.945 suara tidak sah yang kami duga mengandung unsur kesengajaan. Permintaan pembukaan ulang surat suara itu ditolak baik di tingkat PPK maupun KPU,” ujar Nuzul, Minggu (8/12).
Ia juga menyoroti rendahnya partisipasi pemilih, hanya 65,06%, serta dugaan praktik politik uang, kekurangan surat suara di sejumlah TPS, hingga keterlambatan distribusi APK yang dianggap merugikan Paslon.
