KUNINGAN – Kejaksaan Negeri Kuningan resmi menetapkan tiga tersangka dalam kasus dugaan penyalahgunaan fasilitas kredit di salah satu bank plat merah pada tahun 2023–2024. Ketiganya berinisial M, IJ, dan NF, dan telah ditahan di Lapas Kelas IIA Kuningan selama 20 hari ke depan untuk kepentingan penyidikan.
Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Kuningan, Brian Kukuh Mediarto, mengungkapkan bahwa penetapan tersangka dilakukan setelah tim penyidik menemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup dalam perkara yang menimbulkan kerugian negara sebesar Rp2,07 miliar.
“Berdasarkan audit ahli, kerugian keuangan negara mencapai Rp2.073.975.000. Ini akan kami buktikan lebih lanjut dalam persidangan nanti,” kata Brian di Kuningan, Kamis (18/7).
