In an effort to create creative ideas created by the emergence of ideas in the brainstorming process. Every idea or idea conveyed by each member creates the best and more creative ideas, that’s the importance of brainstorming to give each member the opportunity to bring out every idea they have. Such creative ideas can be very useful for the rapidly changing times, and can evaluate diverse ideas in choosing the best option.
Facing these modern challenges, we sometimes need ideas, and sometimes there are disagreements or slight conflicts that need to be resolved amicably. However, there are times when there are differences of opinion and slight conflicts that occur to one member in the discussion process that make other members to find the best solution or way to do in order to solve the problems that often occur in group discussions, and brainstorming is a quick and appropriate solution to invite team members to do so.
A team formed with several members to work together, loyalty to each member is very important because each member cannot depend on one person. Therefore, the benefits of brainstorming in improving morale and cooperation can be obtained by frequent brainstorming, because it is important for each member to recognize the performance of each team in an effort to improve morale and teamwork.
To summarize, in facing the challenges of the fast-changing and competitive modern world, creativity is very important for every individual. The brainstorming method is proven to be effective in gathering creative ideas from each individual or team member, which can allow them to evaluate the creative ideas of individuals that can be done to contribute actively and maximally. In the brainstorming method, there are several benefits of applying this method in teamwork.
First, brainstorming can create and accommodate innovative and creative ideas for each member to be able to convey ideas without fear and confidence without worrying about critical comments so that it can encourage active participation between individuals and create self-confidence. Secondly, with the collaboration of several very diverse ideas, each team can determine an innovative and effective solution to the problem at hand. Finally, in the process of brainstorming can strengthen and foster a sense of enthusiasm in working with team members, because each individual feels valued and has an important role in achieving their common goals.
Therefore, the implementation of the brainstorming method is not only limited to enhancing creativity, but can also strengthen bonds of solidarity, spirit, finding effective solutions, problem solving in the work or team discussion process, which is certainly indispensable for facing challenges in this modern era and in the future.
