SDM ASN terkait distribusi aparatur sipil negara juga harus dihitung matang agar pelayanan dasar bisa berjalan optimal sejak awal.
Bagi masyarakat di wilayah timur, pemekaran ini jadi harapan baru untuk pemerataan pembangunan, mulai dari jalan, sekolah, rumah sakit, hingga sentra ekonomi.
Jika terealisasi, Cirebon Timur akan menjadi tonggak sejarah baru bukan hanya bagi warga lokal, tapi juga bagi wajah otonomi daerah di Jawa Barat.
