JATINANGOR – Proton FA U-17 Putri menutup turnamen Elit Pratama Jawa Barat 2025 dengan superioritas mutlak. Bukan hanya merebut gelar juara, tim muda asal Kuningan itu juga memborong tiga penghargaan individual yaitu Best Goalkeeper diraih Elvita Deviantri, sementara Best Player dan Top Scorer jatuh kepada Marsya Aulia Nurhalisa. Dominasi kolektif dan kualitas individu yang menonjol membuat Proton tampil sebagai poros baru futsal putri Jawa Barat.
Final yang digelar di GOR Futsal ITB Jatinangor, Minggu (26/10/2025), menjadi panggung penegasan kekuatan Proton. Menghadapi Srikandi Fantasista, mereka menang meyakinkan 5–2. Gol-gol dicetak oleh Marsya, Cantika, Luthfika Priatna (dua gol), dan Lintang. Setelah unggul jauh, Proton menutup pertandingan tanpa membuka ruang bagi lawan membangun momentum.
Namun kemenangan telak di partai puncak hanyalah simpulan dari pola yang terlihat sejak turnamen dimulai. Di fase penyisihan, Proton memperlihatkan organisasi permainan yang rapi dan intensitas tinggi. Mereka menghancurkan Srikandi FA 7–2 pada laga perdana, lalu kembali menang 4–1 atas tim yang sama. Di laga terakhir grup, Arbela Futsal Lima mencoba memberi perlawanan, tetapi Proton tetap menang 3–1. Stabilitas menjadi ciri produktivitas gol tinggi, pertahanan tenang, dan transisi cepat yang konsisten.
Di semifinal, Proton kembali menunjukkan kendali penuh. Bubiz FA dipaksa menyerah 5–2. Tidak ada selebrasi berlebihan. Para pemain diam, tertib, dan langsung kembali ke ruang ganti. Tim pelatih yang dipimpin Yudhi Kharisma, bersama Priadi Setia Pamungkas (asisten pelatih), Regy Firmansyah (pelatih kiper), Iqbal Maulana (pelatih fisik), dan Sherina Shafiratuzzahro (masseur) menerapkan ritme disiplin dan pendekatan kompetisi ala klub profesional.
Manajer tim, Masuri (Gonjez), menyebut kemenangan ini bukan ujung perjalanan. “Trofi ini hanya bagian kecil dari target pembinaan. Kami menyiapkan mereka untuk level lebih tinggi,” ujarnya singkat.
Sementara Presiden Proton FC, Thony Indra Gunawan, menegaskan kemenangan sebagai hasil sistem, bukan momen keberuntungan. “Kami bekerja dengan fondasi. Hasilnya harus berulang, bukan kebetulan,” katanya.
