KUNINGAN – Belakangan ini tunjangan DPRD Kuningan banyak diperbincangkan publik. Nominal yang sangat fantastis itu tak selaras dengan pengiritan anggaran atau yang sering digaungkan yakni efisiensi anggaran.
Bahkan, sorotan lebih serius ketika DPR-RI mengalami penurunan dan penghapusan sejumlah tunjangan, tetapi DPRD tidak turut menyesuaikan. Hal itu diungkapkan, Fillah Ahmad Fuadi, salah satu aktivis Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan.
Menurutnya, nominal tunjangan DPRD Kuningan jauh melampaui pendapatan mayoritas rakyatnya. Ketua DPRD setiap bulan bisa mengantongi Rp64,4 juta atau sekitar Rp814,8 juta per tahun, wakil ketua menerima Rp57,2 juta per bulan atau Rp728,4 juta per tahun, sementara anggota dewan mendapatkan Rp47,2 juta per bulan atau Rp608,4 juta per tahun.
