KUNINGAN – Fraksi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan DPRD Kabupaten Kuningan menyampaikan sejumlah catatan kritis terhadap Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (RAPBD) Tahun 2026.
Dalam pandangan umumnya, fraksi berlambang banteng moncong putih itu menyoroti persoalan pemerataan anggaran antar kecamatan serta lonjakan signifikan pada sektor pendapatan retribusi daerah.
Melalui juru bicara, Tika Evian, Fraksi PDIP mempertanyakan kepada Bupati Kuningan mengenai optimalisasi pemerataan anggaran di setiap kecamatan.
”Dari dasar pemikiran tersebut, kami menanyakan kepada sodara Bupati, sudahkah pemerataan anggaran terbangun secara merata di setiap kecamatan? dan menggunakan program serta kegiatan apa distribusi anggaran tersebut dapat dirasionalisasi dan bersandar pada hasil riset apabila acuan teoritiknya adalah gini rasio. Mohon penjelasannya,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, pihaknya juga menyoroti bangunan yang dinilai tidak tersentuh APBD, sedangkan menurutnya belanja yang sudah direpresentasikan sebesar Rp. 146,05 miliar seperti halnya modal bangunan gedung senilai Rp. 24,88 Miliar.
