Pihak kepolisian tidak main-main dalam menjaga kualitas makanan yang disalurkan. AKBP Ali Akbar menjelaskan bahwa pengawasan dilakukan sejak tahap awal. “SPPG Polres Kuningan, mulai dari tahap penyediaan produk, kita sudah melakukan pengawasan, kita sudah melakukan uji tes food,” katanya.
Pengujian tidak berhenti di situ, setelah makanan selesai dimasak, “kita tetap lakukan uji security food oleh dokter Polres dan kita terus melakukan pengawasan kepada pengelolanya, dalam hal ini Kepala SPPG,” ungkapnya
Standar higienitas pun diterapkan secara detail di dapur produksi. “Makanya saya sampaikan bahwa kita betul-betul meningkatkan pengawasan dan higienis. Kami meminta kepada SPPG untuk betul-betul terkait dengan karyawan, bagaimana dia harus melengkapi masker maupun atribut, itu semua harus sesuai dengan standar,” jelas Kapolres, merujuk pada pentingnya atribut kebersihan bagi seluruh petugas pengelola.
Di sisi sekolah, Kepala Sekolah SMPN 1 Kuningan, Adang Kusdiana, menyambut baik inisiatif kolaboratif ini. “Kami sangat menyambut baik program ini, karena kami yakin bahwa program ini sangat bermanfaat untuk anak-anak kita,” ungkap Adang Kusdiana.
Ia menambahkan bahwa pihak sekolah juga turut berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengawasan mutu makanan. “Sebelum dibagikan, akan dilakukan tes food juga oleh pihak kami,” ujarnya.
Adang Kusdiana berharap kolaborasi antara Polres Kuningan dan sekolah dapat terus berjalan lancar dan optimal. “Harapan kami, mudah-mudahan program berjalan lancar, kolaborasi antara Polres Kuningan dengan sekolah berjalan dengan baik. Dan kita mengawal dan menjaga bisa berjalan dengan lancar,” pungkasnya. (ali)
