Sebagai solusi, Puan mendorong transparansi terhadap nama-nama produsen dan merek yang terlibat dalam praktik pengoplosan guna memulihkan kepercayaan publik. Ia juga menyerukan agar dugaan keterlibatan kartel dan praktik monopoli dalam distribusi beras premium segera diusut tuntas.
“Ketahanan pangan tidak bisa dibangun di atas praktik curang dan manipulasi mutu. Keadilan ekonomi harus ditegakkan dari hulu ke hilir, dari petani sampai ke meja makan rakyat,” pungkas Puan.
Puan juga menegaskan bahwa Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) dan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) harus turun tangan membongkar akar masalah dan mengklasifikasikan tingkat pelanggaran secara objektif, sebagai bagian dari langkah menyeluruh untuk menata ulang sistem distribusi pangan yang lebih adil dan transparan.
