KUNINGAN – Sebanyak 185 calon guru atau Prajab gelombang II tahun 2024 resmi dikukuhkan Universitas Kuningan (Uniku). Prosesi pengukuhan berlangsung di Ballroom Asmarandana Grand Cordela AS Putra Kuningan, belum lama ini.
Pengukuhan dipimpin langsung Rektor Uniku, Prof. Dikdik Harjadi, dan disaksikan jajaran Yayasan Pendidikan Sang Adipati Kuningan (YPSAK), Dekan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Asep Jejen Jaelani, serta Koordinator PPG Uniku Ilah Nurlaelah. Hadir pula Direktur PPG Kemendikdasmen RI, Ferry Maulana Putra, secara daring.
Dekan FKIP Jejen Jaelani menegaskan momen tersebut bukan sekadar akhir pendidikan, melainkan awal pengabdian. “Guru adalah profesi mulia. Bukan hanya mengajar, tapi juga teladan, motivator, sekaligus penggerak perubahan,” ujarnya. Ia berpesan agar para calon guru terus belajar sepanjang hayat, berinovasi, dan menjunjung profesionalisme.
Rektor Dikdik Harjadi dalam sambutannya mengingatkan agar para lulusan menjaga nama baik almamater. “Ini baru langkah awal. Tetap semangat dan teruslah berkarya menuju guru yang profesional,” kata dia.
Senada, Anggota Dewan Pembina YPSAK, Eeng Ahman, berpesan agar lulusan meneladani filosofi Ki Hajar Dewantara. “Ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madya mangun kerso, tut wuri handayani,” ucapnya.
