Secara aturan, aparatur sipil negara maupun tenaga pendidik yang bekerja di bawah lembaga pemerintah tidak diperkenankan menjalani hubungan perkawinan yang tidak tercatat secara hukum negara. Jika terbukti, pelaku dapat dikenai sanksi administratif, bahkan disiplin berat.
Namun dalam kasus ini, Hipa memastikan belum ada sanksi dijatuhkan, mengingat prosesnya masih berjalan dan belum ada keputusan akhir dari BKPSDM.
“Kami tetap on the track, tidak ada intervensi dari pihak mana pun. Kami jaga objektivitas dan profesionalitas penanganan. Nanti yang menentukan adalah BKPSDM,” ujarnya.
Ia juga mengingatkan agar para ASN dan guru di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan tetap menjaga integritas dan mematuhi seluruh ketentuan hukum dan administrasi yang berlaku. Pernikahan siri, meski sah secara agama, tetap dianggap bermasalah jika tidak dicatatkan di instansi negara.
“Jika cinta, silakan jalani secara resmi. Jangan justru terjebak dalam kerumitan hukum dan aturan,” tandasnya. (ali)
