KUNINGAN – Mahasiswa Universitas Kuningan turut andil dalam memeriahkan Karnaval Budaya Hari Jadi Kuningan ke-527. Pertunjukan menarik menampilkan teatrikal bertajuk “Air untuk Anak Cucu”, dan membuat Bupati Kuningan terkesan.
Pertunjukan yang kurang lebih lima menit itu menghadirkan pesan yang dalam tentang pentingnya menjaga kelestarian alam. Dalam teatrikal itu digambarkan mulai dari kehidupan masyarakat yang harmonis dengan alam, hingga perubahan drastis ketika lingkungan mulai rusak akibat ulah manusia.
Adegan dramatis ketika mahasiswa memperlihatkan galon kosong yang menggambarkan aliran air yang mulai surut, pohon-pohon tumbang, serta warga yang kesulitan mendapatkan sumber air bersih.
Menanggapi hal itu, Bupati Kuningan, Dr. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, menyambut baik pertunjukan itu, terutama pesan moral yang disampaikannya, yakni pentingnya menjaga lingkungan.
”Bagus, salah satunya pesan moral yang disampaikan pertujukan tadi tentang isu lingkungan, yakni menjaga air. Karena air kehidupan kita, kemudian Kabupaten Kuningan disebut menara air, penampilannya sangat luar biasa,” ujarnya usai kegiatan, Minggu, (5/10).
Orang nomor satu di Kuningan itu berterimakasih kepada Uniku dan seluruh peserta yang telah ikut berpartisipasi memeriahkan Karnaval Budaya Kuningan 2025.
