Sementara Wahyu Hidayah, yang kini sudah menjadi Pj Sekda, secara alamiah memiliki keuntungan karena telah memahami seluk-beluk dapur birokrasi dalam masa transisi. Keputusannya akan menentukan siapa jenderal ASN yang akan memimpin birokrasi Kuningan dan mengarahkan roda pembangunan daerah ke depan. Penetapan Sekda definitif ini, jika tak ada aral melintang, diperkirakan akan rampung dalam waktu dekat, mengakhiri penantian panjang masyarakat dan ASN Kuningan. (ali)
