Harga Rumah Mulai Rp166 Juta, Lokasi Strategis di Majalengka
Menurut Feti Febriyanti, Manager Relasi & Pemasaran KPR Bank BJB, harga rumah FLPP di wilayah Majalengka saat ini mulai dari Rp166 juta.
Ia mendorong masyarakat, khususnya ASN muda, untuk tidak menunda-nunda memiliki rumah sendiri.
“Harga rumah akan terus naik. Kalau tidak dimanfaatkan sekarang, lokasi makin jauh dan tanah makin sempit,” ujarnya.
Bank BJB juga menggandeng beberapa pengembang lokal, seperti: Alam Asri Majalengka (Desa Karayunan, Kec. Cigasong), Kota Impian Cijati (Desa Jatipamor, Kec. Panyingkiran), Bumi Ligung Indah (Desa Buntu, Kec. Ligung).
Plt Kepala BKPSDM Majalengka, H. Gatot Sulaeman, yang mewakili Bupati Majalengka H. Eman Suherman, menegaskan bahwa Pemkab sangat mendukung program FLPP.
“Daripada terus kontrak rumah atau ngekos, lebih baik punya rumah sendiri dengan skema cicilan ringan. Ini momen emas, terutama bagi ASN muda,” ujar Gatot dalam sambutannya via Zoom Meeting.
Ia juga mengimbau para peserta untuk aktif mencari informasi dan segera mengajukan permohonan KPR sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Miliki Rumah Sekarang, Jangan Tunda Lagi. Program KPR FLPP adalah jawaban bagi masyarakat yang ingin punya rumah pertama tanpa beban berat.
Dengan bunga tetap 5 persen, cicilan mulai Rp1 jutaan, dan dukungan penuh dari pemerintah pusat hingga daerah, inilah saat yang tepat untuk melepaskan diri dari sewa atau kos dan membangun hunian impian.(Beng).
