KUNINGAN – Pengurus Cabang Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Kabupaten Kuningan menggelar Pelatihan Instruktur Cabang sebagai bagian dari strategi penguatan kaderisasi di tubuh organisasi. Kegiatan bertema “Restrukturisasi Kaderisasi PMII” ini dilaksanakan di kawasan wisata Telagasurian, Cigugur, dan dibuka langsung oleh Wakil Bupati Kuningan, Tuti Andriani, Sabtu (5/7/2025).
Dalam sambutannya, Tuti Andriani yang akrab disapa Amih Tuti menegaskan bahwa keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas kader yang dimilikinya. Karena itu, pelatihan ini menjadi elemen vital untuk memastikan regenerasi berjalan secara konsisten dan terarah.
“Pelatihan ini bukan sekadar formalitas. Ini adalah jantung dari proses regenerasi, penguatan ideologi, serta pelatihan kepemimpinan yang harus dijalankan dengan serius,” ujar Amih Tuti.
Menurutnya, seorang Instruktur Cabang memiliki peran strategis sebagai ujung tombak kaderisasi di tingkat akar rumput. Dari tangan para instruktur inilah akan lahir kader-kader PMII yang militan, cerdas, dan berkualitas.
