KUNINGAN – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan bergerak cepat menanggapi penonaktifan massal kepesertaan Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang berdampak pada sekitar 39.000 warga.
Potensi kehilangan akses layanan kesehatan ini membuat Bupati Kuningan, Dr. Dian Rachmat Yanuar langsung memimpin rapat koordinasi darurat di Aula Dinas Kesehatan, Rabu (6/8).
“Persoalan ini sangat krusial karena menyangkut hak dasar masyarakat. Jika tidak segera ditangani, bisa berdampak besar pada keuangan daerah,” tegas Bupati Dian.
Ia menyebut, apabila kepesertaan tidak segera diaktifkan kembali, maka beban pembiayaan akan beralih ke skema Jamkesda yang berisiko menyedot anggaran daerah hingga puluhan miliar rupiah.
Rakor tersebut dihadiri oleh Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, dr. Edi Martono, Kepala Dinas Sosial, Dr. Toto Toharudin, serta seluruh kepala Puskesmas se-Kabupaten Kuningan. Melalui pertemuan itu, Bupati menekankan pentingnya sinergi lintas sektor untuk mempercepat proses reaktivasi kepesertaan BPJS PBI.
Kadinsos Kuningan, Toto Toharudin menjelaskan bahwa penonaktifan ini merupakan kewenangan pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Sosial, sedangkan tanggung jawab pembiayaan Jamkesda berada di tangan pemerintah daerah.
