KUNINGAN – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan mencatat pencapaian menggembirakan dalam pengelolaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2). Hingga minggu ketiga November 2023, target penerimaan PBB telah mencapai 100 persen. Capaian ini dinilai sebagai bukti meningkatnya kepatuhan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan.
Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah (Bappenda) Kuningan, Guruh Irawan Zulkarnaen, saat penyerahan penghargaan kepada kecamatan dan desa/kelurahan atas kinerja pengelolaan PBB tahun 2023, di Halaman Setda Kuningan, Senin (20/11).
“Capaian ini merupakan kerja keras kolektif seluruh elemen, mulai dari petugas lapangan hingga kesadaran masyarakat yang terus meningkat dalam membayar pajak,” ujar Guruh.
Sebagai bentuk apresiasi, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan menyerahkan 48 unit kendaraan operasional roda dua untuk desa, dan 2 unit untuk kelurahan, disertai uang pembinaan bagi kecamatan tercepat dalam pelunasan PBB sesuai kategori target DHKP (Daftar Himpunan Ketetapan Pajak).
Penghargaan Berdasarkan Kategori Target PBB
Sekretaris Bappenda Kuningan, H. Diding Wahyudin, menjelaskan bahwa pembagian penghargaan dilakukan berdasarkan kategori DHKP, dari Kategori 1 hingga Kategori 6, disesuaikan dengan nominal target pajak per kecamatan.
Selain itu, 25 desa dan kelurahan dengan administrasi terbaik tingkat kabupaten juga mendapat apresiasi khusus. Kriteria penilaian meliputi kecepatan pelunasan, ketepatan administrasi, serta inisiatif dan inovasi dalam penagihan.
