KUNINGAN – Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan resmi meluncurkan program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dengan melakukan peninjauan langsung di SDN 1 Ciporang, Senin, 13 Januari 2025. Sekitar 400 siswa sekolah dasar itu tampak antusias menyambut makanan bergizi yang disediakan pemerintah.
Penjabat Bupati Kuningan Agus Toyib hadir bersama Dandim 0615 Letkol Arh Kiki Aji Wiryawan, Kapolres AKBP Willy Andrian, serta jajaran dari PKK, Bhayangkari, Dharma Wanita, dan Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana.
Wajah-wajah ceria anak-anak SDN 1 Ciporang terlihat saat menerima paket makan siang bergizi. Menunya sederhana namun sehat: oseng buncis wortel, telur pindang, jeruk, dan susu kotak.
Letkol Kiki menjelaskan bahwa MBG tahap awal ini disuplai dari dapur pusat yang berlokasi di seberang Universitas Kuningan, dengan kapasitas 3.000 porsi per hari. Ia menyebut program ini sebagai bentuk investasi jangka panjang negara terhadap kualitas generasi muda.
“Anak-anak ini aset bangsa. Dengan pemenuhan gizi yang baik, daya tangkap mereka dalam belajar akan meningkat,” ujar Kiki.
