Namun, tantangan serius tetap ada yaitu 63 desa rawan pangan, prevalensi stunting 7,81 persen, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) 7,78 persen, serta kerawanan bencana yang meliputi 76,18 persen wilayah.
Menanggapi hal itu, Kapten Kav Suharto mengapresiasi semangat mahasiswa. Menurutnya, TNI, khususnya Kodim, tidak hanya fokus pada pertahanan, tetapi juga penggerak pembangunan. Ide-ide segar dari generasi muda seperti HMKI sangat dibutuhkan.
“Kami siap membuka ruang kolaborasi seluas-luasnya, karena pembangunan adalah tugas bersama,” tegasnya.
Pertemuan tersebut berujung pada kesepakatan menyusun rencana aksi detail yang akan melibatkan Pemerintah Daerah sebagai regulator sekaligus fasilitator. Sinergi tiga pilar tersebut diharapkan melahirkan model pembangunan partisipatif yang inklusif, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.
Sebagai penutup, Rifqi, menegaskan bahwa HMKI akan terus menjadi penyambung lidah antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah daerah. Bahkan, pihaknya tidak hanya berbicara melainkan turun menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah.
“Kami tidak ingin hanya bicara, tapi turun langsung. HMKI siap menjadi jembatan antara kebijakan pemerintah dengan realitas di lapangan. Bersama Kodim 0615, kami yakin Kuningan bisa lebih tangguh, maju, dan lestari,” pungkasnya. (Icu)
