In this instant and competitive modern world, having the ability to be creative is a must-have for every individual especially to face challenges in a fast-paced world. Not only in industry, marketing or education, creativity is the key to the success of the nation’s next generation to find new ideas in the midst of continuous rapid change.

Even creativity is what makes humanity able to overtake machines.
His statement realizes the challenges we face in this modern world may be that sometimes when we have a job, task, or whatever it is, we choose to use technology or artificial intelligence to complete it quickly. Even though the creativity of the machine and the creativity of the human mind are different, this emphasizes that we as individuals should learn more and not be lazy to think. Even those who create machines or artificial intelligence are humans, which proves how great human minds are in creating products and increasing their creativity.
There is one method that can be used by the team to find or collect ideas or ideas in solving a problem. Namely the brainstorming method, this method emerges from each individual with various innovations and creativity to achieve a common goal (2021).

The benefits of branstoming besides being able to determine ideas and goals are being able to create creative ideas which are very much needed in facing these modern challenges, being able to find solutions in the course of the branstorming process and being able to increase the spirit of teamwork.
