KUNINGAN – Beredar formulir surat pernyataan yang dibuat oleh salah satu MTs Negeri di Brebes untuk ditandatangani oleh orang tua peserta didik.
Di dalam formulir itu dituliskan lima kemungkinan negatif dampak Makan Begizi Gratis (MBG) bagi siswa dan keharusan mengganti sebesar Rp.85.000 jika alat makan MBG rusak atau hilang.
Karena kemungkinan itu, pihak madrasah seolah tidak mau mengambil resiko, sehingga meminta orang tua untuk membuat pernyataan di atas materai 10.000, dengan dua pilihan, menerima atau menolak, program unggulan Prabowo tersebut.
Kemudian, di formulir surat tersebut juga diminta supaya pihak orang tua tidak menuntut secara hukum, baik kepada madrasah maupun penyelenggara MBG jika terjadi dampak negatif tersebut dialami siswa.
Apakah upaya tersebut dibuat atas intruksi terstruktur di seluruh madrasah di bawah Kementerian Agama RI, atau inisiatif pihak madrasah tertentu saja?
Menanggapi hal itu, Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kuningan melalui Kasi Pendidikan Madrasah, Atep Baharudin, menegaskan bahwa formulir itu bukan atas intruksi Kementerian Agama di seluruh Indonesia.
