Hal itu dapat dipastikan karena madrasah di bawah Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kuningan tidak melakukan hal serupa.
”Di Kuningan tidak ada yang seperti itu kang,” ujar Atep, Rabu (17/9)
Menurutnya, kalaupun ada administrasi perjanjian atau yang sifatnya kesepakatan hanya dilakukan oleh pihak madrasah dan penyelenggara MBG. Dia memastikan tidak ada keterlibatan orang tua dalam kesepakatan tersebut.
“Kami sedang kumpul dengan para Kepala Madrasah yang ada di Kabupaten Kuningan, pernyataan seperti itu tidak diperkenankan. Apalagi di dalam surat tersebut penyedia dan pihak sekolah lepas tanggung jawab apabila terjadi sesuatu,” tambahnya.
Pihaknya juga akan menyampaikan kepada seluruh kepala madrasah di Kuningan agar tidak melakukan hal serupa seperti yang terjadi di Brebes. Menurutnya, perjanjian yang memberatkan orang tua siswa jelas tidak sesuai dengan semangat program Makan Bergizi Gratis yang dicanangkan pemerintah.
Dengan demikian, Kemenag Kuningan memastikan pelaksanaan MBG di wilayahnya tetap berada dalam koridor aturan dan pengawasan yang ketat, serta tidak menimbulkan potensi permasalahan hukum maupun sosial di kemudian hari. (Icu)
