Dalam rincian yang beredar, Ketua DPRD Kuningan tercatat bisa mengantongi tunjangan sebesar Rp64,4 juta per bulan. Angka tersebut meliputi tunjangan perumahan, operasional, transportasi, serta reses.
Sementara itu, wakil ketua menerima Rp57,5 juta per bulan, sedangkan anggota DPRD memperoleh Rp47,2 juta.
Melihat kondisi tersebut, Faizal mendorong agar pimpinan DPRD segera mengevaluasi besaran tunjangan. Menurutnya, hak istimewa yang diterima dewan harus sebanding dengan kinerja yang diberikan. Ia juga khawatir jurang ketimpangan sosial antara masyarakat dan pejabat semakin melebar.
“Pimpinan dewan harus peka terhadap kondisi masyarakat, dengan cepat mengambil sikap dan mengevaluasi besaran tunjangan yang diterima. Kalau bisa, dipangkas saja. DPR-RI sudah melakukan itu, masa di daerah tidak mau? Ikuti langkah yang diambil DPR-RI, toh partai-partai yang memutuskan juga sama dengan yang ada di DPRD,” pungkasnya. (Icu)
