JAKARTA – Bupati Kuningan, Dian Rachmat Yanuar, menghadiri penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) proyek implementasi skema Semi Closed-Loop Supply Chain (SCLSC) dalam industrialisasi pertanian dan pengembangan material baru untuk pengentasan kemiskinan. Penandatanganan berlangsung di Kantor Badan Percepatan Pengentasan Kemiskinan (BP Taskin), Gedung Grand Kebon Sirih, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, belum lama ini.
Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari peluncuran Program Aglomerasi Percepatan Pengentasan Kemiskinan, sebuah inisiatif strategis BP Taskin yang menggabungkan sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta. Turut hadir dalam acara tersebut Bupati Cirebon, Bupati Indramayu, Bupati Brebes, Walikota Cirebon, serta Bupati Kuningan yang didampingi oleh Kepala Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Kuningan.
Penandatanganan MoU ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun kemitraan multipihak untuk mempercepat pengentasan kemiskinan di kawasan aglomerasi, khususnya wilayah Cirebon Raya. Model SCLSC yang diusung dalam program ini mengintegrasikan rantai pasok mulai dari produksi, pengolahan, distribusi, hingga pemanfaatan limbah, dengan koperasi sebagai penggerak utama.
“Kami percaya, dengan dukungan dari pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta, program ini mampu mendorong transformasi sosial-ekonomi yang signifikan,” ujar Budiman Sudjatmiko, Kepala BP Taskin.
